Stephen Sutton, the 19 year old boy who was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 15 and battled the disease bravely for 44 months has died. His death was announced yesterday by his family with his mother, Jane Sutton taking to his Facebook page to leave a tribute describing her son as 'courageous, selfless, and inspirational'.

Social media was abuzz with tributes for the teenager who led a profound fundraiser for the Teenage Charity Trust, raising well over a whopping £3.4 million and the hashtag RIP Stephen Sutton was the No1 trending topic on Twitter last night.
